Production
Started with only 2 workers in 1985, TEL-DAN now has 600 employees. Some of them have been with us for a long time, and developed solid and more useful experiences.
Our present plant, spacious with over 8,000 square meters and lots of loading and storage space, was built to assure absolute safety, great working conditions, optimal production flows, and dedicated places for QC inspectors and room for growth. Our factory have been edited by almost every leading retail group, such as Ikea, Pier 1 Imports, Habitat and other partners.
New Designs... New Ideas...
We cut, stitch, embroider, fill (pillows and pads), quilt (bedding) and do many hand-worked details and embellishments. We have over 300 sewing machines, six of 12-meters cutting-tables, all types of cutting equipment including hydraulic presses, five polyester fluffing and blowing machines, computerized multi-head embroidery machines, extra-large, extra-sensitive needle detector, and more.
